About Dotnetdays, the go-to .NET conference in Romania 

Dotnetdays is a technology and community conference born in 2019, in Iasi, Romania. It is driven by the great passion of two .NET enthusiasts that wanted to bring to the heart of Iasi the awesome experience of top international conferences and learning from the best in the industry.  

Their mission was to inspire the .NET community to learn without borders and facilitate the blooming of a .NET developers hub in Iasi. But most of all, they wanted to share, promote, and nurture the passion for .NET in the community.

Today, Dotnetdays is the meeting place for developers and technology gurus interested in exchanging knowledge and experiences about .NET and related technologies.

Combining conference tasks with workshops, Dotnetdays is focused on .NET, software architecture and Microsoft-connected technologies. It takes place annually in Iasi, Romania. 

A conference loved by .NET developers and .NET companies

Throughout the years, Dotnetdays has been a beloved conference among the Romanian .NET community. At the previous in-person edition, in 2020, over 450 people from Romania and Moldova attended the conference. 

A whopping 97.4% of the attendees were pleased and very pleased with the experience and what they learned. 

Associations and companies are also enjoying Dotnetdays. Among the partners from previous editions, we can find some of the most relevant technology communities in Romania, media outlets and learning centers, as well as local and international software companies.

About the Dotnetdays In-Person 2022 Edition 

While the previous editions followed an online format, this year the team at Dotnetdays decided to surprise their audience with two conferences. The first edition of 2022 took place online in March and was a great success. 

For the first time after the pandemic, Dotnetdays is taking place once again as an in-person event, inviting the .NET community to meet & greet and enjoy 3 days of learning and lots of fun surprises. Between 20-22 October, join them at the Agora Conference Center in Iasi.

On the scene of Dotnetdays, we have seen speakers that were present for the first time in Romania, experts in their fields, with major conferences in Europe and the USA under their belts. Among the speakers from past editions, we can find Jon Galloway (Technical Evangelist at Microsoft), Dennis Doomen (author of the FluentAssertions library), Scott Hanselman (Program Manager at Microsoft), or Julie Lerman (Pluralsight Author, DDD and EF Core), and many more. And this year is no different. 

Among the speakers already announced, we can find Jimmy Bogard, the creator of MediatR & AutoMapper, and Nick Chapsas, the popular YouTube videos content creator for C# and .NET. They will speak and host workshops about Minimal APIs, effective testing in C# and .NET, and domain-driven design. 

But, that’s not all. More surprises will be announced in the following months.
