Transatlantic Bridge to Venture: Connecting European Startups with U.S. Market Opportunities

European startups and scale-ups looking to explore the U.S. market have a new opportunity to prepare for their next stage of growth. The European American Chamber of Commerce Texas (EACC Texas) is presenting Transatlantic Bridge to Venture 2026–2027, a virtual accelerator and online pitching and matchmaking platform designed to connect European businesses with expertise, investors and potential partners on both sides of the Atlantic.

The programme focuses on helping companies prepare for U.S. market entry and engage with transatlantic venture capital networks. Its virtual format combines business feedback, training and investor introductions, with guidance tailored to the challenges of entering a new market.

From business feedback to investor introductions

Participating companies will receive feedback on their businesses from venture capital investors, angel investors and industry leaders in Europe and the United States. U.S.-focused pitch training will be available where needed, alongside webinars on doing business in the U.S. and Texas.

The programme also aims to give participants visibility among venture partners, family offices and industry leaders, while providing access to potential investors and business partners through an online platform.

Practical topics include accounting, legal matters, immigration and intellectual property. Each participating company will receive a feedback report to help assess its market readiness, investment potential and approach to U.S. expansion.

Who should apply?

The programme targets European startups and scale-ups across a range of sectors, including:

  • Technology and digital innovation
  • Energy and climate tech
  • Health and biotechnology
  • Smart manufacturing
  • Defence and dual-use technologies
  • Life sciences

For founders considering international expansion, the programme offers an opportunity to test assumptions, refine their pitch and better understand what it takes to build a presence in the U.S.

The planned journey includes application, selection and onboarding, followed by virtual acceleration and training, follow-up investor introductions, and an individual feedback report.

The initiative is supported by a network of European chambers, trade agencies, transatlantic venture capital investors, private equity organisations and family trusts.
